Title
Walk in Modular Safe/ Vault
Requirement
The RCMP has a requirement for the purchase, installation and maintenance of a UL/ULC Class 1 Scalable Modular Vault consisting of ceiling, floor, walls and door. The qualified contractor will provide all materials, delivery installation and maintenance necessary to provide a Modular Vault in accordance with the Request for Proposal and Annex “A” – The Statement of Requirement during the period of the contract.
A bid can be submitted in both official languages.
Proposed Period of Contract
The proposed period of the contract shall be for a three (3) year period commencing on the date of contract award.
Trade Agreements
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
Security
The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Site Access as verified by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, Departmental Security Section.
Evaluation
Bidders must be able to meet the all mandatory criteria outlined in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The selection will be based on the lowest price.
