The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals is for the provision of Hotel Accommodations and conference requirement for the 5th International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) North American and Caribbean Conference to be held in Toronto, Ontario.

The Public Prosecution Service of Canada (PPSC) has agreed to co-host the IAP regional conference with the Ministry of the Attorney General of Ontario (MAG). The conference costs will be shared between the PPSC and MAG, and offset by conference fees.

The security requirements associated with this requirement are described in the bid solicitation.

This bid solicitation process may result in the award of a contract from contract award date up to and including October 18, 2018.

All parts of the tasks and deliverables of this requirement must be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) described in the bid solicitation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of Trade Agreements.
