Description

The CSA Audit and Evaluation Directorate is requesting the services of a consulting firm for the evaluation of the CSA’s ESA Contribution Program as per the CSA’s Five-Year Departmental Evaluation Plan and in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada’s Policy on Results (2016) and Directive on Results (2016). The evaluation project will focus on issues of relevance, effectiveness, and efficiency of the ESA Contribution Program, upon management’s information needs.
