CMHC wishes to enter into a Supply Arrangement with a suppliers to provide computing devices, such as personal computers, mobile devices and associated peripherals to support the open office environment that is being contemplated as part of Technology Transformation, these may including but not limited to mice, secure USB sticks, speakers, head phone sets, etc., and services.
The initial term of Supply Arrangement is expected to be for three (3) years, with the option to renew at CMHC's discretion for two (2) subsequent one-year renewal periods. The annual spend of this contract is estimated in the range from $1 million to $1.5 million, including all applicable taxes.
Submissions must be received at the exact location as specified in the RFSA document on or before the submission deadline of 2:00 p.m. EST, on January 15, 2018.
