DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:

OSFI is seeking the service of a firm to perform an annual audit of, and express an opinion on, the annual financial statements of OSFI for fiscal years ending March 31, 2019 to March 31, 2022 inclusively, with the option years for fiscal years ending March 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024, if and when exercised by OSFI and to perform a triennial audit of the administrative costs charged to Employment and Social Development Canada by OSFI for the fiscal years ending March 31, 2018 and March 31, 2021 with an option year for March 31, 2024.

DURATION OF CONTRACT

The duration of the contract is from contract award to October 31^st, 2022, plus two (2) option years.

SECURITY REQUIREMENTS

Security Requirement for Canadian Supplier: PWGSC File Common-PS SRCL#9

• The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer/Supply Arrangement, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) with approved Document Safeguarding at the level of PROTECTED　B, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate, Public Works and Government Services Canada.
• The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to PROTECTED information, assets or work site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
• The Contractor MUST NOT utilize its Information Technology systems to electronically process, produce or store PROTECTED information until the CISD/PWGSC has issued written approval. After approval has been granted or approved, these tasks may be performed up to the level of PROTECTED　B.
• Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

1. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C;
   1. Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
