Bidders proposing an Equivalent or a Substitute Product must indicate the brand name and model and/or Part Number, the NCAGE and name of manufacture they are offering. Should the bidders NCAGE be different, the bidder must provide proof they are authorized to manufacture or sell this part from the Original Equipment Manufacturer either a specification document or drawing.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
