Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service of Canada is looking for a general contractor for a project including the workforce, equipment and materials in order to perform the replacement of an obsolete dishwasher, the demolition and reconstruction of the finishes (ceiling, walls and floor) of the dishwashing area and concierge room and the upgrading of services (water, electricity, ventilation).

There will be a MANDATORY SITE VISIT. (see request for quotation)
It is mandatory that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the places of the intended works. Arrangements have been made for the site visit. Details about the site visit and prior security clearance for this visit are contained in the bid solicitation document.
The work must be completed before March 29, 2018.
