    Description

    The National Research Council Canada has a unique requirement for a collaboration study for individual floatation devices (IPF). The collaboration study involves Harbour Air; Transport Canada and the NRC (Aerospace Portfolio). The study will involve a multi-phase Procurement contract that will include the provisions of Technical Investigation, Engineering Support services and the creation of a prototype for individual floatation devices for Passenger Seaplanes. Once the study has been completed and the protocols defined the crown will use the technology to help shape new regulations
