TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is for: the Department of National Defence (DND) and the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under “Tier 1” (= 0$ à 2M$) for the following category;

3.7 Procurement Specialist - Intermediate

Description of the Requirement:

This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence for the provision of Task Based Supply Arrangement Professional Services for one (1) Intermediate Procurement Specialist. It is intended to result in the award of one contract for One (1) year, plus One (1)-one year and One Six (6) months irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.

Level of Security Requirement: COMMON-PS-SRCL# 21

Applicable Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), the Canada –Honduras Free Trade Agreement(CHFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA)

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from the date of contract award to one (1) year later.

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be two hundred and twenty (220) days for the Intermediate - Procurement Specialist.
