Description of Work:
StatCan has procured the Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) / Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite 12c technology. These suites are the foundation pieces to enable the integration of enterprise applications, automation of business processes and self service capabilities subsequently allowing for the delivery of new solutions more effectively and efficiently.
This technology suite has modernized and improved business operations at StatCan.
StatCan is building and maintaining solutions that have the following business components:
- Develop a web portal to be used by process participants, process owners and administrators.
Replace current paper forms with new electronic smart forms.
Design, implement, execute and optimize business processes using Oracle BPM/SOA 12c workflow technology (including notifications, escalations).
Enable electronic approval of requests (includes identifying legitimate approver and ability to render approvals on transactions).
Develop a dashboard to monitor and evaluate in process and completed business processes instances.
Create reports on the business process transactions to support operational activities.
In order to achieve the objectives, the contractors must have skills related to Oracle BPM/SOA 12c or 11g technology.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently being performed by Metaflow Inc. under contract (value $1,716,430.00)
