Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development [the “Client”] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. Due to an upcoming office move of the Client to a new location, clean-up and movement of the records office is required.
The project is to scan, upload, and file documents for accessible retrieval; pull folders, wallets, binders of historical value for archiving. There are approximately 1,300 linear feet of files, loose paper, and filing in the Records Office.
The Work will take place at the Client’s Ontario Regional Office at 25 St Clair Street, Toronto, ON. Onsite work must be done during regular business hours from 08:00 to 16:30.
It is intended to resulting in the award of One (1) contract beginning April 1, 2018 until June 30, 2018.
