    Description

    This procurement is set aside for Aboriginal Business under the federal government’s Set-Aside Program for Aboriginal Business (PSAB). In order to be considered, firms must certify that they qualify as an Aboriginal business as defined in the PSAB and that they will comply with all requirements of PSAB. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so.

    Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering

    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region under the EN578-170432 series of SAs for the following categories:

    • Two (2) Level 3 Programmer / Analyst under Stream 1 (A.7) (Applications Services)

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal:

      • MAKWA Resourcing Inc.

    Description of Work:

    • Bidders must submit a bid for the designated resource categories

    • Senior Programmer / Analyst (stream A.7) must perform, but are not limited to, the following:

        1. to create and modify code and software;

        2. to create and modify screens and reports;

        3. to gather and analyze data for the conduct of studies to establish the technical and economic feasibility of proposed computer systems, and for the development of functional and system design specifications;

        4. to design methods and procedures for small computer systems, and sub-system of larger systems;

        5. to develop, test and implement small computer systems, and sub-systems of larger systems; and,

        6. to produce forms, manuals, programs, data files, and procedures for systems and/or applications.

    Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #9 applies

    Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designed Organization Screening (DOS)

    Minimum Resource Security Required: Reliability Status
