This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada –Laval & Ste-Anne-des-Plaines Complexes La Macaza and Joliette Institutions and CCC Hochelaga, Sherbrooke, Martineau, Ogilvy and Laferrière.

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest priced compliant bid.

Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.

Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is looking for a contractor to provide, as and when required: skilled labor, tools and, when required by the CSC representative, provision of materials for ventilation systems cleaning.

Deliverables: Bidders have to provide, as and when required, ventilation systems cleaning services.

Period of Standing Offer: from the award until March 31^st, 2020. This Standing Offer is for two (2) years firm, with the possibility three (3) additional periods of one (1) year each.

More than one Standing Offer may be granted for the ventilation system cleaning. The Contractor may bid for one or more institution or more, depending on his ability to serve in the designated areas.

After Standing Offer award, bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
