    This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies):

    One (1) Level 3 - A.1 - Application/Software Architect

    Two (2) Level 1 - A.6 - Programmer/Software Developer

    Description of Work:

    Statistics Canada has a requirement for programming services for the ADSD technical managers and their staff involved in the development, support and maintenance of the WCMS programming framework. Contractor will help technical managers and teams to deliver against project tasks and to increase the level of maturity of the team, the tools and the associated processes.

    The tasks to be provided may include but are not limited to:

    • Manage the systems development lifecycle;

    • Gather, analyse and document requirements;

    • Design technical architecture;

    • Design and document applications;

    • Develop using the PHP. HTML5, Javascript/JQuery and CSS3 programming language, test, implement and document application;

    • Support the STC WCMS platform (Drupal)

    • Investigate and fix bugs in development, test, and/or production environments;

    • Support and provide advises to project resources in their activities within the project;

    • Transfer knowledge to other members of the team.

    Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

    The work is currently being performed by The AIM Group under contract #000008376 (value $1,514,200.00)
