RFP Scope:

The scope of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain proposals for the provision of external

Signage, which will include the provision, installation (where applicable), service and maintenance (including removal and disposal) of exterior signage (building and pylon) for FCC’s 100+ offices nationwide.

Vendors should note this RFP is in reference to a standing contract for exterior signage requirements, on an “as-needed” basis.

FCC intends to award a contract for three years, with two additional one-year extension options.

RFP Schedule:

• RFP issue date: March 15, 2018
• Vendor questions accepted until: March 23, 2018, 9:00 AM CST (SK)
• Responses to questions provided by: March 29, 2018, 5:00 PM CST (SK)
• RFP closing date and time: April 16, 2018, 12:00 PM CST (SK)
