Long Term Accommodation in the Quebec City Region - April 15 to June 22, 2018

Global Affairs Canada invites all interested suppliers to submit a bid for long-term accommodation needs in the Quebec City region respecting the following criteria:

Contract elements:

  • One or more contracts for a period of approximately eight weeks, beginning April 15 and ending June 22, 2018.
  • The proposed units must be available on demand.
  • The units must be within an perimeter corresponding to one of the following postal codes: Near the Québec City Convention Centre (QCCC): G1R, G1A, G1K, G1J, G1S and/or near the Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport: G2G, G1V, G1X, G2E.
  • On or before the effective date of the contract(s), the proposed units must comply with the requirements listed in Annex A.

  • Note I: After providing reasonable notice, Global Affairs Canada may wish to visit or inspect the proposed units.
