The amendment corresponds to the addition of the instruction about the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business and the Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement.

Competitive Procurement Strategy: The right of first refusal will be used when placing call ups, and the firm who will be identified as the most experienced will be considered first.

This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement

This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services must provide psychological risk assessment services for the Institutions located in the following geographic area of the Quebec Region:

• Waseskun Healing lodge: 1 Waseskun Street, Saint-Alphonse-Rodriguez, QC J0K 1W0

Objectives: Provide psychological risk assessment services and/or neuropsychological assessments, assessments of the offenders' intellectual abilities or mental health assessments.

Deliverables: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) Health Services require the services of a psychologist to provide psychological risk assessment services and/or neuropsychological assessments, assessments of the offenders' intellectual abilities or mental health assessments for the Institutions located as mentioned above.

Term of Contract: From the issuing date to May 31^st, 2019 with two optional one-year period
