This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada, Joliette Institution.

Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Competitive Procurement Strategy: lowest priced compliant bid.
Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) is looking for a Contractor to provide, as and when needed, skilled labor, tools, machines and consumables that are required for the proper functioning of the tools and the machines needed for clearing and thinning the woods at Joliette Institution.
Objectives: Provide pruning and trimming services at Joliette Institution.
Deliverables: The Contractor will provide, as and when needed, pruning and trimming services.
Term of Contract: The period of this Standing Offer is from the award to May 31st, 2019, with a possibility of two (2) additional twelve (12) months periods.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
