Description:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement to purchase 20 UTV’s for use during the G7 Summit in Charlevoix Quebec
All the deliverables must be received on or before May 22nd, 2018.
Basis of selection: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price per Group will be recommended for award of a contract.
The national security exceptions provided for in the trade agreements have been invoked; therefore, this procurement is excluded from all of the obligations of all the trade agreements. The procurement has a national security dimension and its acquisition cannot be delayed by the mandatory bidding period of the applicable Trade Agreements.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
