Description of Requirement:
The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development (DIAND) is undergoing transformation in the way it does and reports on its business and serving its clients. As part of that transformation the Capital Facilities Maintenance Program is working on increased accountability and level of tracking of its projects happening on First Nations reserve. At present the program is developing and implementing a regular reporting process that is evolutionary in nature, moving from reporting quarterly to monthly. Given the amount of funding and the availability of skilled resources to set up this service, we require the services of consultants with the required expertise in business analysis, data analysis, testing concepts, developing and building on lessons learned, financial analysis, and documenting processes and procedures.
