    Description of Work:

    Health Canada requires the services of two (2) A.14 Web Developer – L2.

    1. Objectives

    The Health Products and Food Branch (HPFB) has made significant progress, over the last few years, by investing in modern technologies in order to provide a better service to Canadians. HPFB plans to continue investing in modern web technologies and requires several experienced Drupal Web Developers to help support the development and implementation (e.g. researching project requirements, configuring web modules, and creating forms) of HPFB IT Plan Projects.

    As such, Health Canada has a requirement for up to four (4), TBIPS A.14 Level 2 Web Developers to support the various Drupal Web projects across the HPFB on an as and when required basis.

    1. Background

    HPFB plans to use today’s most efficient frameworks to update existing web infrastructure in order to publish health-related digital content in a timely manner. New tools will also be used to extend the functionality of the HPFB website, to increase the access Canadians have to the latest issues and to change the way they interact with their government. The Web Developer will be required over a period of three (3) years during to support the IP plan implementation using Drupal.

    The TBIPS A.14 Level 2 Web Developer consultants will be required “on an as and when needed” basis. Task Authorizations (TA) will be issued against the Service Outline Agreement to support the various Investment Plan initiatives.

    Multiple TAs may be in process at any given time; as such, resources may be working on several concurrent projects and/or activities.
