Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

CORCAN Construction Pacific Region has a requirement to renovate inmate showers for Correctional Service of Canada. The jobsite is inside Pacific Institution, located in Abbotsford BC.

Objectives:

Supply and Install Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC and Specified Equipment.

Work is to be completed in a timely manner and as per the Statement of Work, Plans and Specifications.

Deliverables:

The Contractor must provide all necessary labour, material, tools and equipment required to successfully perform the Mechanical requirement. This includes installations, removals, and repairs to new construction and renovations, as specified by the Plans and Specifications. 

Site Visit:

A site visit has been scheduled for 05-June-2018 @ 10:00 AM PDT. Contractors are to meet at the PWGSC Site Office in Matsqui Complex, located at 33344 King Road, Abbotsford BC.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.
