Notice of Proposed Procurement

Title: Forensic Laser

Nature of Requirement:

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has the requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) forensic laser with the option of purchasing up to four (4) additional units, within twenty four (24) months of contract award. For additional details, please refer to the RFP.

Delivery:

The unit will be required no later than September 30, 2018.

Security: There is no security requirement associated with the Contract.

Delivery Location:

The forensic laser will be delivered to the following location:

RCMP “E” Division HQ

14200 Green Timbers Way, Surrey, BC, V3T 6P3 Canada

Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Integrity Provisions:

RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
