The Department of Canadian Heritage (PCH) has a requirement for the following services:

Phase I-A: Analysis of the Comité national organisateur des IXes Jeux de la Francophonie Business Plan and Budget for the hosting of the 2021 Games

Phase I-B: Analysis of the Calgary 2026 Bid Corporation Business Plan and Budget for the hosting of the 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.

Phase II: Pro forma operational cost estimates for hosting the Games of La Francophonie (optional work)
