Description
The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information before finalizing the requirements definition and procurement strategy for the subject project which is being carried out by the Canadian Nuclear Safety Commission (CNSC).
The details of the RFI and requirements are further outlined in the attachment to this notice.
A future request for proposal issued pursuant to this Request for Information may be subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA) if it is in force.
Enquiries/Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
