TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

Please note that the TSPS NPP MUST be published simultaneously with the issuance of the invitation to suppliers.

This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZT-16TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

One (1) Communications Consultant (3.11) (Senior Level) under the TSPS Project Management Services Stream.

Description of the Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services for the services of a Communications Consultant (3.11) under the TSPS Project Management Services Stream to develop a disruptive user centric and innovative internal communications strategy related to employee engagement. The intent of this solicitation is to award a single contract with a term of one year which includes an option to acquire additional services.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from Contract award date to one year thereafter.
