Sampling, recovery and delivery of beluga carcasses stranded on the shores of the St. Lawrence Estuary

    Description

    Recover and deliver to the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine of the University of Montreal in Saint-Hyacinthe for a necropsy (if the state of preservation and the location of the carcasses allow it), or sample on site (if the state of preservation or the location of the carcasses do not allow it) beluga carcasses stranded on the shores of the St. Lawrence estuary from April 2019 to March 2022. Necropsies will be carried out by the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. The data collected and the samples taken from each carcass must be submitted to the Maurice Lamontagne Institute (MLI).
