    Description of the Requirement:

    This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (DND) for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The requirement is for one (1) Junior Life Cycle Management Specialist resource.

    Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the Contracting Authority, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT RFP DOCUMENTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE ON THE GOVERNMENT ELECTRONIC TENDERING SYSTEM (https://buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders).

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from 1 DEC 2018 to 30 NOV 2021, followed by (2) option periods of one year (1 DEC 2021 to 30 NOV 2022, 1 DEC 2022 to 30 NOV 2023).

    Estimated Level of Effort:

    The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 240 days per year.
