As part of on-going work to reduce VOC emissions and improve the effectiveness of Regulations, Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) wants to identify potential additional emission reductions that could be achieved and evaluate the costs associated with such potential improvements. The overall goal is to better protect the environment and the health of Canadians from the effects of air pollution.
