Description of the Requirement:
Statistics Canada requires professional services to carry out data collection and analytical activities to support its evaluation function, in accordance with the Treasury Board of Canada Policy on Results (2016) and associated directive and procedures.
In this context, data collection and analytical activities aims at producing neutral, evidence-based evaluation reports in support of decision making, accountability and improvement.
Level of Security Requirement:
Company Minimum Security Level Required: Canada - Protected B
Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Canada - Protected B
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
Statistics Canada is seeking to establish up to two contracts. The period of any resulting contract will be from Contract Award date to March 31, 2020 inclusive. Any resulting contract will include an irrevocable option to extend the resulting contract term by up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods under the same conditions.
