DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT:
To obtain professional services as it relates to the analysis of risks, hazards and prevention strategies for implementation of a departmental hazard prevention program.
DURATION OF CONTRACT
Date of contract award to October 30, 2019 with up to two (2) additional one (1) year option periods.
EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY
Basis of selection – Highest combined score of technical points (70%) and financial points (30%). Detailed in the RFP
