RFP Scope:

This RFP is for FCC to select a Licensing Solution Partner (LSP) for its Microsoft Enterprise Agreement (EA), which expires on February 28, 2019. The term of the engagement will be 3 years. The selected LSP will be a strategic partner to FCC for the procurement of Microsoft licenses and subscriptions and will provide Microsoft licensing guidance through value-add services as required. The LSP is to clearly demonstrate in their proposal how they will differentiate from their competition in adding value to FCC.

RFP Schedule:

• RFP issue date: October 10^th, 2018
• Vendor questions accepted until: October 22^nd at 12:00 PM (Noon)
• RFP closing date and time: November 6, 2018 at 12:00 PM (Noon)

• FCC’s procurement process allows for negotiation between FCC and one or more vendors, prior to awarding a contract.
