Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
Objectives: A leadership development program was created in January 2018, consisting of coaching circles, one-on-one coaching and development workshops to support managers in its sector. A program integration and evaluation session took place in June 2018 and it was determined that there was still a definite need to continue the program. The program is intended to develop the self-awareness of leaders so that they can maximize their potential in their roles.
Deliverables: Material distributed, as necessary, during any session, provided in both official languages; Evaluation Framework for the program; Design of peer coaching circles; Design of leadership development sessions; Evaluation report of the program and its components; and The draft of the communications that will be sent out regarding program events, to be reviewed by the project leader.
