Description of the Requirement:

 The Translation Bureau requires contractors to provide guidance, build capacity where appropriate and undertake strategic change and communications activities in support of its modernization.

Strategic change management, communications and engagement with key stakeholders in a timely and efficient manner is key to the successful development and delivery of the TB modernization.
