Eligible Bidders under this Bid Solicitation

This Bid Solicitation is issued against the Electrical and Electronic Products Supply Arrangement (SA), PWGSC files series N° E60HN-16ELEC. All terms and conditions of the Electrical and Electronic Products SA apply and are incorporated into any resulting contract.

As a requirement of this Supply Arrangement, this notice is published for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days.

Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid. Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement in series E60HN-16ELEC with PWGSC cannot submit a bid.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT

Correctional Service of Canada, Quebec Region, Port-Cartier Institution has a requirement for the electrical products stated at Annex “A” of the Bid Solicitation.

The responsive Supplier already holding a Supply Arrangement for the Electrical and Electronic Products, issued by PWGSC, with the lowest evaluated bid price will be awarded the Contract.

This requirement is subject to the provision of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA). This notice is published in accordance with the provisions of these agreements.

Requested delivery date for all of the above mentioned good is March 31^st, 2019.

The State retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
