Auto Shredder Residue Sampling and Testing

Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) has a requirement for a contractor to complete sampling to confirm whether certain Chemical Management Plan (CMP) substances and other contaminants of concern are found in Auto Shredder Residue (ASR) and to assess if and how they may be contributing to concentrations and loadings of contaminants in Municipal Solid Waste landfills.

The period of the Contract is from date of award to May 31, 2019.

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number 500039908 dated 2018-09-19 with a closing of 2018-10-10 at 2:00pm Eastern Daylight Time.

All bidders that meet the mandatory requirements are encouraged to submit a proposal. If bidders are proposing any changes to certain elements of the SOW, it should be clearly indicated in the proposal and the rationale should be provided.

There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.

Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related information as needed, pursuant to section 01 Integrity Provisions of Standard Instructions 2003.

For services requirements, bidders in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.
