Title: Cell phone cases

Nature of Requirement:

RCMP E Division has recently migrated to Samsung Galaxy S8 cellular phones.

The RCMP has a requirement to purchase 1000 Zizo Bolt cell phone cases, or equivalent, with the option to purchase up to an additional two thousand (2000) cases anytime within twenty four (24) months of contract award.

Delivery:

The deliverables must be received within six (6) weeks from date of contract award.

Competitive procurement strategy:

Lowest/Lower Bid

Security: There is no security requirement associated with the Contract.

Delivery Location:

The cases will be delivered to the following location:

RCMP E Div HQ, 14200 Green Timbers Way, Mailstop #1503, Surrey, B.C., V3T 6P3

Trade Agreements:

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Integrity Provisions:

RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PSPC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.

To ensure a response before bid closing date, all enquires must be submitted in writing and received by the Contracting Officer at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the bid closing date.
