HQ00922E, Small Boat Floats Environmental Oversight - Package 4 CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from Environmental consulting firms to provide the following professional services:
Quality Assurance (QA) environmental monitoring services through spot checks for the balance of the Small Boat Floats Project (SBF) (Package 4). The SBF project work will include the underwater blasting and removal of rock; marine pile installation; upland services; construction of a pathway along the foreshore; excavating and paving; moving existing floats into position; and installing services throughout the new site and to the jetties.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $19,978,000.
