    Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Project Number CL18SO01: Architectural and Engineering Services Standing Offer, Cold Lake, Alberta.

    In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide ‘‘as and when required’’ professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements at 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta.

    The objective of this RFAP is to select one (1) firm, who will sign a Standing Offer (SO) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $400,000.00, for a period of one (1) year from the date of establishment.

    If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SO may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $400,000.00 for each additional period. The SO may be increased in the order of $300,000.00 at any time.

    The maximum value of a Call-up is $100,000.

    Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

    This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

    The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
