In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural /engineering consulting firms to provide the following professional services:
Preparation of Statement of Requirements, Construction Requirements, Options Analysis, Preparation of Concept, Design Development, Preparation of Construction Documents OR of Performance Specifications, Tender Phase Services (TPS) and Construction Phase Services (CPS)
 
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.
 
This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
 
The Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
 
The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) firms, who will be placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $1,100,000.00, for a period of two (2) years from the date of establishment.
 
If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to two (2) additional one (1) year periods and increased in the order of $550,000.00 for each additional period, or when the Source List reaches its maximum value, whichever comes first. The maximum value of this opportunity is $2,200,000.00.
