Request for Proposals (RFP):

Satellite Services in UHF Segment over INDIAN OCEAN REGION (IOR) and ATLANTIC OCEAN region (AOR) For Shared Services Canada (SSC)

  1. Definition of requirement: This bid solicitation is being issued by Shared Services Canada.

    The resulting contract will be used by SSC to provide shared services to its clients.

    The resulting contract is for the supply of Satellite Services in UHF Segment over IOR and AOR for Shared Services Canada and its Clients.

    This bid solicitation does not preclude SSC from using any other method of supply available.

The requirement is articulated in the attached Satellite Service Request for Proposal which includes the Statement of Work for the requirement.

2. Security requirement: This solicitation contains a requirement for vendor and personnel security screening.

3. Trade Agreements: This requirement is subject to the following agreements:

Canada has invoked the National Security Exception in respect of this requirement and, as a result, none of the trade agreements apply to this requirement.

Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs) do not apply as all the goods and services shall be delivered in regions not covered by Land Claim Agreements.

February 25, 2019 @ 2:00, PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT)
