Description
NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity one (1) Aircraft Tripod Jack Trailer. Delivery is requested by August 30 2019. This requirement includes an option to purchase up to quantity one (1) Aircraft Tripod Jack Trailer to be exercised within twelve (12) months from the effective date of the contract.
Delivery locations, quantities required, mandatory requirements and deliverable information are detailed under Annex “A” – Pricing and Annex “B” – Purchase Description of this solicitation package. Bidders may propose substitutes and alternatives where equivalent is indicated in Annex “B” – Purchase Description.
There is no security requirement associated with this requirement.
The requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement. It is limited to Canadian Content.
The Crown retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
