 Description: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a contractor to provide all-inclusive Planned Preventative Maintenance Service to all Temperature Control Systems and Environmental Mechanical Systems at the RCMP Prince Albert North District accordance with the specifications detailed in the solicitation document.

The contract period will be for two years from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to two additional one-year periods.

Site Visit: Arrangement have been made for an optional site visit. Refer to the solicitation document for the site visit date, time and specific location.

Security Requirement: The contractor is required to have all personnel working on site to be security cleared at the level of Reliability Status as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor SHALL NOT remove or make copies of any DESIGNATED or CLASSIFIED information or assets from the identified work site.

Basis of selection: A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.

Bids must be submitted only to RCMP Bid Receiving Unit by the date, time and place indicated on page 1 of the bid solicitation.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement.
