    Description of Work:

    The IM/IT bureau at the Global Affairs Canada (GAC) enables GAC policy, programs and service areas to conduct analytics on structured and unstructured information to inform policy development, program design and decision-makings. GAC has a large scope of mandate, including Development, Consular, Trade, and International Platform, with a footprint around the globe. In this context, the IM/IT bureau is establishing a surge capacity to respond to policy and program analytics needs in a timeliness manner.

    GAC requires the services of an external, integrated team, strategically sourced from a single vendor, to help support the development and implementation of business intelligence and analytics solutions.
