5P300-18-0314/A RFSO: Firewood – Bruce Peninsula National Park
Description of Work: Parks Canada as a requirement for the provision of Bagged Firewood for the campground on “an as and when requested basis” for Bruce Peninsula National Park, in Tobermory, Ontario, Canada. The Contractor will provide dried, bagged firewood in a quantity of at least 1 cubic foot of wood per bag.
All wood must be sourced from the Grey/Bruce Counties, North of Highway #21 in order to avoid the introduction of dangerous wood-carried insects that are now in parts of Southern Ontario.
Parks Canada may award up to six (6) Standing Offers.
Closing Date and Time: March 29, 2019 at 2 pm EDT
National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.
Bidders that consider themselves qualified to provide this Work and intend to submit bids on this project should obtain documents from the Government Electronic Tendering Service through the Government of Canada tendering service at www.buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders . Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
Standard Terms and Conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of the Tender and Contract Documents.
Delivery Date: The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is from Standing Offer Award to March 31, 2020 with an additional three (3) option periods, from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021, April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022 and April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023.
