This requirement is for The Correctional Service of Canada, Pacific Region, at various Institutions in the Fraser Valley, British Columbia.

Nature of Requirements:

The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement for Waste Management and Recycling services to incorporate collection, transportation and disposal of various waste streams for six (6) Institutions located in the Fraser Valley, BC. These six (6) facilities are separated into two (2) zones requiring the services of removal and disposal of three (3) streams of waste generated within each zone.

Objectives: Contractor to provide all labour, material, supervision, equipment and transportation necessary for the removal of non-organic and organic waste material along with recyclable items generated by each location and dispose of them in an environmentally sound manner in accordance with all provincial and city regulations.

Deliverables: Removal and disposal of non-organic and organic waste and recyclable materials, including bin rental, on a scheduled and on an "as and when requested" basis and in accordance with the Statement of Work, Annex "A".

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of 10-June-2019 to 09-June-2023 with the option to renew for one (1) additional two-year period.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
