Description of Work:

The aim of this requirement is to engage a contractor to help shape the IM Group Analytics Team. This will include understanding the state of data in IM group, shaping the team’s workload for the near future, shaping the analytics strategy for the IM Group, organizing data literacy and shift to data-driven culture efforts, and shaping the IM Group data analytics roadmap for the next three (3) years. A minimum of three (3) detailed options for team workload and structure will need to be delivered in the next few months.
