    Description

    The National Research Council located in Halifax and Ketch Harbour has a requirement for the services of a licensed refrigeration technician. The technician is to hold a Federal Halocarbon license and comply to Federal Halocarbon Regulations. The work will involve the following: but is not limited to, the preventative maintenance, leak testing, repair, modification, calibration and installation of air conditioning systems, chillers, ultra-low freezers, and laboratory equipment containing refrigerant/chillers including the controls of such systems. The contractor is to respond to any request for service within 1/2, hour provide, non-urgent work is to commence within 24 hours of the requested call. Emergency services are to be available on a 24 hour, 7 day a week basis with work to start within 1 hour of the initial call.
