    Description

Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) 2019-05-16 SAP Financials Application Management Services (AMS)

    About Farm Credit Canada (FCC):

FCC is Canada’s leading agriculture lender, with a healthy portfolio of more than $36 billion. Our employees are dedicated to the future of Canadian agriculture and its role in feeding an ever-growing world. We provide flexible, competitively priced financing, management software, information and knowledge specifically designed for the agriculture and agri-food industry. As a self-sustaining Crown corporation, our profits are reinvested back into the agriculture and food industry we serve and the communities where our customers and employees live and work while providing an appropriate return to our shareholder. For more information, visit www.fcc.ca or follow us on FacebookLinkedIn, and on Twitter @FCCagriculture.

    ITQ Scope:

FCC has committed to implement the SAP Finance platform to replace the current PeopleSoft financial system. FCC has engaged a system implementation partner (SI) and has is currently performing the migration to an SAP Hana Enterprise Cloud (HEC) S/4 Finance private cloud.

FCC is sourcing an organization to provide functional and technical AMS support for applications and functionality. FCC will evaluate options ranging from complete AMS to resource augmentation and reserves the right to choose all or any portion of the options provided in the proposal, for any duration required by FCC.

FCC’s implementation will use standard functionality, with very limited customization. The successful vendor will be able to provide both functional and technical support services to FCC in a flexible manner

This will be a multi-phased process, with the objective of the first phase being the selection of a short list of vendors that FCC will engage in further discussions with, to better understand and evaluate their SAP Finance AMS proposal, and how they may be leveraged within the FCC environment.

A complete list of requirements can be found within the ITQ document.
