Nature of Requirements:
The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service Canada has a requirement to provide treatment and risk assessment services to federally sentenced paroled male and female offenders as referred by the Community Program Manager.
Objectives: To provide approximately 135 hours to 150 hours of treatment and risk assessment services per contract year.
Deliverables: The Contractor will provide all services at a professional facility, which must have access to a local transit route. Services are provided in consultation with the Parole Office treatment/supervision team (Parole Supervisor, Parole Officer and the Program Manager. The contractor must have the capacity to schedule sessions so as not to interfere with an offender’s work schedule. This may require provision of services during evenings or weekends.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one (1) year periods.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
